Do you offer free shipping?
Currently we do not offer free shipping on actual custom documents that are printed out and shipped.
If you want a digital copy of the document, meaning a file that you can save to your pc or print out, we can send that file to you for free in place of shipping the item. This will avoid any shipping costs.
The option to get a digital download copy vs physical document is available at checkout. Choose this option when making your purchase.
What type of packaging are your custom documents shipped using?
We ship everything in flat document packaging. This is the same sort of packaging that a school, such as a high school or college, may use to ship copies of diplomas and transcripts to students using.
This package has reinforced corners protecting the document during transit.
Will the package mention your website?
No nothing we ship will mention this website by name or the fact that inside the package it may contain fake diplomas, transcripts, etc.
We do this to protect your privacy.
The sender’s name of the package will sound like a printing company with an address to our returns department. The phone number posted when you call it, will say “Billing Department”. It is very discreet.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, everything we ship is sent out with a tracking number so you can monitor your package from our warehouse to your front door.
Once the item is 100% finishes and ready to be shipped out, it is sent to our shipping department which carefully packages the document up for transit.
Once the item leaves with the courier, it is scanned into their system and then any tracking numbers will be sent to your email. If you do not get this email, please contact us as the email we have on file for you may be incorrect.
